Tired of sending E-mails back-and-forth? There is a software called Skype that lets you send a message to a friend and they can respond a few seconds later on the same page.
The requirements:

• You AND the other person must both be logged on.
• Allow time to let your partner respond.

Pretty cool, huh? Except it wasn't my idea, so I guess it isn't all that great!
